Leaneth Ventures aims to develop tech enabled business ideas, proven else where in collaboration with enthusiastic young founders, incubate them facilitate all out support and help them raise seed funding through its angel network to scale them. We are working hard to make our first startup studio hub come alive in Addis Ababa to help accelerate Ethiopian tech startups.

HOW WE DO IT
Our model
At Leaneth Ventures, we operate as a Venture Studio, which means we don't just invest in ideas—we build them from the ground up. Our model begins with Ideation, where we identify high-impact gaps within the East African market that are ripe for digital disruption. Once a concept is formed, we move into Validation, testing TRL-level prototypes in real-market conditions to ensure product-market fit. During the Scaling phase, we provide the "engine" for the venture, offering managed infrastructure, international security compliance, and strategic growth capital. Finally, we guide each project toward Exit or Independence, transitioning these built-in-house ventures into self-sustaining, formal entities that continue to drive economic impact.
